A four-month arc of writing, reflection, and community for women ready to make a deeper commitment to themselves

The full Wholeness Wednesday series offers a sustained journey through the Migrating Toward Wholeness™ framework. Each month builds on the last, creating space for reflection, emotional awareness, agency, and authentic self-expression.

This option is for women who are ready to choose continuity, depth, and intentional presence over time.

What’s Included

  • Four monthly sessions (February–May at MI Fillosophy in Plymouth or March-June at The Red Poppy in Highland Township)

  • All custom workbooks aligned with each month’s theme

  • A cohesive journey through the MTW arc

  • Grounding practices, guided writing, and community reflection at each session

Participants also learn simple writing-based and somatic rituals they can return to between sessions to support daily practices of self-care and self-trust.

This is a healing-centered creative practice. It is not therapy or a clinical service.

  • Rewriting the Truth — Shifting old stories and naming what’s true for you now

  • Expressing the Core Wound — Giving voice to what has been carried quietly

  • Becoming the Subject — Reclaiming agency, identity, and authorship

  • Breaking Silences — Speaking what needs to be spoken and being witnessed in community
