A monthly women’s writing circle for reflection, connection, and choosing yourself
Wholeness Wednesday is a 90-minute writing and reflection circle for women who want intentional space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their inner world through story, presence, and community.
This offering is rooted in the Migrating Toward Wholeness™ framework and is designed to support agency, self-connection, and authentic expression through creative practice.
No writing experience is required. You are welcome exactly as you are.
One 90-minute facilitated session at MI Fillosophy
Gentle grounding practices
Guided writing prompts (no writing experience needed)
Time for reflection, conversation, and community connection
One custom workbook aligned with the month’s theme
Participants also learn simple writing-based and somatic rituals they can return to between sessions to support daily practices of self-care and self-trust.
This is a healing-centered creative practice. It is not therapy or a clinical service.
This option is ideal for women who:
Want to experience Wholeness Wednesday one month at a time
Are curious and wish to begin with a single session
Value reflection, presence, and creative self-connection
You may attend one session or return in future months as you feel called.
When: Last Wednesday of each month
