Ways to Work With Me
I offer trauma-informed, narrative-centered work for adoptees, professionals, and organizations seeking healing, truth-telling, and cultural change.
My work is grounded in lived experience, research-backed frameworks, and a deep respect for choice, pacing, and nervous-system care. There is no one “right” way to engage. You are invited to choose the path that best supports you right now.
Community Healing & Virtual Retreats
Virtual Migrating Toward Wholeness™ Healing Retreats are live, trauma-informed spaces created for adoptees who are ready to stop carrying their stories alone.
These retreats center writing, reflection, gentle somatic practices, and community witnessing, all grounded in the Migrating Toward Wholeness™ framework. Participants are invited to express internal truths, deepen self-connection, and engage healing over time with consent and choice at the center.
In 2026, retreats are offered through:
Single virtual retreats
Season of Becoming — a flexible 3-retreat bundle
The Migrating Toward Wholeness™ Core Journey — a 6-month healing arc (January–June)
Individual Narrative Healing & 1:1 Coaching
I offer individualized, high-touch coaching for adoptees and trauma-impacted individuals seeking deeper narrative integration, self-trust, and agency.
This work supports both personal healing and long-form narrative development, including memoir, book projects, and other sustained writing/creative work. Sessions are tailored to your lived experience and may include reflective writing, narrative structure, boundary-setting, nervous-system awareness, and trauma-informed pacing.
This work centers the writer, not just the writing.
This container is relational, intentional, and best suited for those ready to engage in a process that unfolds over time.
1:1 work begins with a Narrative Alignment Session to explore fit, readiness, and intention.
Creative Work & Screenings: Un-M-Othered
Un-M-Othered is my award-winning solo performance exploring adoption, identity, embodiment, and the reclamation of voice.
The work is available in multiple formats and contexts, including live performance, film screenings, facilitated dialogue, and organizational licensing. Each experience is grounded in trauma-informed practice and designed to center lived experience while inviting collective reflection and conversation.
