Wholeness Wednesday
A Monthly Women’s Writing Circle at MI Fillosophy
A nourishing, mid-morning space to pause, write, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in community.
Why Wholeness Wednesday?
Wholeness Wednesday is a monthly 90-minute writing and reflection circle for women who are ready to make a small but meaningful commitment to themselves.
Many women—especially mothers—spend their days caring for others while putting their own needs last. This circle creates intentional space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself through writing, conversation, and shared presence.
Held at 11:00 AM on the last Wednesday of each month, after school drop-off or morning errands, Wholeness Wednesday offers space to choose nourishment, self-connection, and authenticity once a month, together. It is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself by reconnecting with your voice and your story.
What to Expect
Each session includes:
Gentle grounding practices to help you arrive fully
Guided writing prompts (no writing experience needed)
Spacious time for sharing and reflection
Community connection & conversation
A custom workbook aligned with the month’s theme
Participants will also learn simple writing-based & somatic rituals they can return to between sessions to help support daily practices of self-care and self-trust. The space is intentionally paced to support both individual insight and community connection.
This is a healing-centered creative practice. It is not therapy or a clinical service.

No. This circle is for anyone who wants to explore their inner world through writing, regardless of experience. Prompts are gentle, accessible, and designed to support reflection, not performance or “good writing.” I like to say that Migrating Toward Wholeness is about what you write not how you write.
