Un-M-Othered: A Revolution in Adoptee Healing is a two-day immersive retreat designed specifically for adoptees seeking embodied, narrative, and relational healing.
Anchored in the filmed version of the award-winning solo show Un-M-Othered, this retreat guides participants through a carefully held healing arc that includes film, somatic practice, narrative integration, community care, and nature-based closure.
This experience is trauma-informed, non-clinical, and intentionally intimate. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace, with choice and nervous-system support woven throughout the weekend.
