Why This Work Matters
You don’t have to carry the weight of your story alone.
If you’ve spent years silencing parts of yourself—out of fear, shame, or survival—you may feel the ache of invisibility. You may long to be heard, but wonder: What if being seen is too much? What if my truth is too heavy?
This group is for you.
“I thought I would live with that pit forever. But through this work, the ache is gone. It’s changed my life.”
What This Journey Offers
After years of developing this process and drawing on research in writing-to-heal, I’ve refined Migrating Toward Wholeness™ into a 3-month journey. Studies show that three months or more of consistent narrative practices — like those we use in MTW — are linked to improved mental and physical health outcomes. This program offers a sustained container for transformation, rooted in both evidence and lived experience.
Over 3 months, you’ll join an intimate group of others who understand the complexity of carrying trauma and longing for freedom. Together, we’ll create space for healing, self-expression, and transformation.
Through guided writing, reflection, and community witnessing, you will:
Break Silence: Give language to the truths you’ve carried quietly.
Rewrite the Story: Loosen the grip of old narratives and reclaim authorship of your life.
Reclaim Agency: Move from being the object of your trauma to the subject of your healing.
Feel Connection: Find solidarity in a group where your story is honored and you are fully seen.
What You’ll Receive
This is more than a program — it’s a carefully held 3-month container for transformation, rooted in the Migrating Toward Wholeness™ framework. Each element is designed to support the layered work of breaking silence, rewriting the story, reclaiming agency, and experiencing connection:
Live Group Coaching & Writing Circles (2x/month)
Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month, we gather for deep work with writing, reflection, and story-sharing paired with community witnessing.
(Framework: Making Space to Heal + Breaking Silences)Weekly Check-Ins (group or 1:1)
Touchpoints to help you stay supported and practice stepping into your own authority. On alternating weeks, you’ll have the option to join a 1-hour group check-in OR schedule a 15-minute private 1:1 check-in with me for personalized support.
(Framework: Becoming the Subject)Monthly Self-Care Saturdays
Once each month, you’ll be invited to an extra hour of embodied healing, led by special guest practitioners such as sound healing, somatic yoga, and NIA dance to help process emotions held in the body.
(Framework: Expressing the Core/Primal Wound + Making Space to Heal)Customized Workbook Pages
After each group session you’ll receive tailored prompts and practices to help you reflect, reframe, and integrate between gatherings.
(Framework: Rewriting the Truth)A Community of Witnesses
A circle that holds your story with care, reflects your truth back to you, and reminds you that you’re not alone.
(Framework: Breaking Silences + Belonging woven throughout)
The Transformation You Can Expect
By the end of our 3 months together, you’ll not only feel different — you’ll have begun to live into a new story:
Like Sherry, you may say: “I’m writing from my core now, from the place that once stayed silent to survive.”
(Breaking Silences + Expressing the Core/Primal Wound)
Like Stedney, you may realize: “I never thought I’d be in this place — I thought I’d live with that pit forever.”
(Making Space to Heal + Rewriting the Truth)
You’ll cultivate new language to tell your story in your own words, without apology.
(Rewriting the Truth)You’ll move from feeling like the object of your trauma to becoming the subject of your healing.
(Becoming the Subject)You’ll feel lighter as the weight of unspoken stories lifts, and discover the freedom of connection.
(Making Space to Heal + Breaking Silences)You’ll carry forward embodied practices that help you stay present with pain instead of abandoning yourself.
(Expressing the Core/Primal Wound + Integration)
This is not about bypassing grief or silencing struggle. It’s about transforming your relationship to your story so you can live with more voice, agency, and connection — long after the 3 months are complete.
Investment
The investment for this 3-month group healing journey is $2,200.
This reflects the depth of care, expertise, and community support you’ll receive — including group sessions, personalized check-ins, monthly embodied self-care, and customized workbook pages. It also honors the guest practitioners who bring additional healing modalities into our space.
💫 As part of my Wholeness Economy practice, I set aside one full scholarship and one partial scholarship for each round of this program. These are reserved for those who feel deeply called to this work but face financial barriers. If this is you, you’ll find details on how to apply when you register.
Payment plans are also available to support accessibility.
When you invest in yourself through this program, you’re not only claiming your own healing — you’re helping sustain a community where more voices can be heard and more stories can be witnessed which creates a ripple effect of healing. Together we heal not just ourselves, but each other, our families, and communities.
